Refund policy

No Refund Policy
Wedding Tales Matrimony follows a strict no-refund policy. Once a client has enrolled and payment has been made for any service package, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellation
Once you have subscribed to a service package, cancellation is not permitted. We encourage clients to carefully review the service details before enrolling.

Membership Duration
Your membership remains valid for the duration of the subscription package purchased, unless terminated earlier by either you or Wedding Tales Matrimony. In case of early termination, there will be no refund or credit for the unutilized portion of the membership.

Access to Information Post-Expiry
Upon expiry or termination of your membership, access to your account and any saved or shared information will be discontinued.
